Home made shepherd's pie. Mum makes them with the left over roast beef minced...some onion and fluffy mashed potato...gorgeous. when we visit we usually scrounge some for our freezer |

Mac , we call it bacon jack .Make a suet pastry , roll it out an sprinkle lots of chopped fried bacon an onion down the middle , salt pepper , fold over and seal with water .Wrap in tinfoil and cook in a pressure cooker for about 1 an a half hours .Serve with mashed spuds , veg an lashings of gravey ..LOOOVERLY |
