Hayley is really yummy and have just given my friend some parsnips and beetroots and she roasts her betroots may have to try that one next just got to remember to tell the old man to do it.

oo and beetroot crisps are very yummy as well

beetroot crisps are yummy I agree, so are parsnip and sweet potato. My mouth is watering.

You can cook the red cabbage in advance and store either in the fridge or it even freezes well.

Hayley

Hubby does most of cooking now as cant stand for long without it hurting and why cook yourself when you are married to ex chef.

He spoils me Christmas Day and supplies drinks all day usually get breakfast in bed as well means I can spend more time with children.

My parents are coming Boxing Day so he will do it all again then.


Red Cabbage tastes better if it has been made put in fridge then reheated
