	Hi Errol Every 20 seconds or so I keep getting a box popping up entitled Connect Broadband Connection. Tried everything to get rid. What can we do please? Just while typing this message I have had to close it 4 times. It's doing me box in now. Help please. Dianne xx

	before you do anything else go to Control Panel > Internet Options and click on the Connections tab and make sure there is a tick next to "Never dial a connection" then press "Ok"

	To be serious, if you keep getting that box it is either because a legitimate programme is trying to connect to the internet or you have a rogue on there somewhere. See what happens over the next few hours and then we can do something else.

	He's just having some coco pops then I hope he will go. Well he better had anyway. I'm having a stressy day today and I can't be doing with any more shenanigans from him. He'll be falling asleep at school tomorrow. Dianne xx
