	Malc thats for too much for a week night. Put the glass down and step away from it. Go to the kitchen and raid the drawers looking for headache pills. Take 2 now with a weak milky coffee or tea if you prefere. Drink a pint of water before bed (very soon) and take another pint of water up with you to leave beside the bed. Take two more headache pills forst thing in the monring with a herbal tea if you have any and another pint of water. NO MORE WINE UNTIL THE WEEKEND!!! But I expect you probably wont be able to face a glass tomorrow anyway. Take care Maddie

Member Since: April 2004 Posts: 6,064 Send Message	Hi Malc, Did you write a list of questions you want to ask the doctor?, if so copy it and keep a copy yourself, hand the other to the doctor and say this is what I need to know about my mothers health and future treatment and care. You have a list, he/she has a list so you will be able to write down on your list what his/her answers are. Betty
