Lol BC... I used to make bread years ago, but it never got to the freezer stage.. the kids and half the neighbourhood would be there waiting for it to come out of the oven.

Although the local bread was lovely, everyone just drooled at the thought of a traditional British loaf.

Well if we are having a new Bread Board Topic then I would like a Bird one:-) Like why are the birds not coming in my patio, when I have wildbird seed, an apple, and fatballs?

BC it could be that there is plenty of wild food about at the moment...

Or there could be a cat in the neighbourhood....

Or...and this isn't unlikely...is there a Peregrine Falcon in the area? They go for smaller birds...that is to say, anything up to pigeons, in LONDON!

ButtercupFields Report 1 Nov 2007 14:50

Haven't seen a Peregrine Falcon lately, TW, but I squirt the pigeons with my yellow and orange water pistol, so they have got the message! lol I think it was when my friend was here, the one who used to sit outside and smoke...stuff....lol

*stares at Pusser and wonders if she has travelled to my patio on her broomstick.....hmmmm....
