Have you now got a new moterola icon on the left side of your screen?

on the left side on the camera icon-- then no, just an envelope thing.

Oh I found the pictures now!! how can I downoad then, any ideas.

Yes I do have the phone.
I only used the software (it's only on an old computer now) once as didn't like the quality of the photo - preferred to use a digital camera.

Where have you found the photos - on the phone or computer?

I clicked on the camera thing on the screen they scrolled down and saw my pictures.

Will leave you in Penny's capable hands, I hope the photos are worth the wait to see them.

If you plug the phone into the computer with a USB lead - one came with my phone - it should then let you see the photos using the motorola software you have loaded.

I'm not sure my hands are that capable long distance :-)

I thought if the pictures were on the phone, then just like a digital camers they would just download onto the computer when its all pluged in.

I checked with OH - his memory is better than mine on these matters & he said with ours you had to do the right click thingy (see above)

For our digital camera we have to choose to download them as we have to pick which place to put them in.

I have plugged camera into the computer but don't know what you mean, nothing happens when I right click. What thingy

If you right click one of the new photos it should have an option "save as"

Hi Penny nothing happens when I right click it. Ther is a round circle with an arrow going up, one going to the right, one going to the bottom and one going to the left.

Is there no tool bar visible anywhere?

If all else fails you might just have to email them to yourself!

No tool bar except one that tell you when picture was taken, I will try and e-mail them to myself and see what happens.

Many thanks for all your help, I can't go into a Motorola shop and check it out as there isn't one in Dundee, nearest is Perth.
