Shiraz is lovely, full bodied and fruity. The dent in the bottle is there for a purpose but I can't remember what it is. |

The dent is for the sediment to lay in. Do not pour the last bit - it will effect the taste of the wine but will not make you ill. At one time only the more expensive wines had the dent but now .,...any wine can have it!! The wine is supposed to be decanted to allow it to breathe - as if !. lol |

The strength has nothing to do with the quality and very often the higher strengths (11.5 upwards) are not so good. |
