Hi Lynn

Read this after read your p.m. When i moan about still having hot flushes at 60, I must remember how it was pre-menopause.

All the best with your hysterectomy on 25th. Let yourself off the hook a bit Lynn.

Love from Liz

(((((((hugs))))))) from me too.

And listen to all of us experts on .. there is always someone on here who knows exactly what you are going through.. You have been having a truly dreadful time with a long term debillitating illness. Your blood count will have been low, you may have been anaemic, which affects your tiredness levels. You have had and are having all those hormones wanging around you for ages, upsetting your entire system. This increases your stress levels, making pain worse.. and then professionals often have the gall to remind us poor weak women that what do we expect!! We are women, get on with it! ( I have just reread this bit, and meant that the pro's say this, not that you should get on with it. I think their attitude so often stinks)

At least you are having something done, and you will fell heaps better very quickly. We'll nag you not to do too much, you can rely on us!!

Put your feet up, no-one died from a bit of dust and lack of hoovering (sorry to swear but I feel like it lol)

(((((((((more hugs)))))))

Love

Chronic pain for whatever reason is really draining and depressing.

Roll on 25th and you will be so much better then.

Lynn, my mum was just like you, and yes it does make you feel ill. Even a normal period can make you feel pretty grotty sometimes. Poor mum rarely had any clear days.

But she had her hysterectomy and it gave her a new lease of life! She got colour back in her cheeks, she smiled again had more energy, was nice (sorry mum) and felt so much better in herself.

Not much longer hun, and you will get your life back.
