May Rhys rest in peace and may his parents find the strength to deal with this. |

Add this point ... I have to say my heart felt sympathies go to Rhys Jones parents, and I say with the same heart felt conviction, if it was my son that was the perputrator ..........Well will leave it to how you would all feel |

If they have a parent or not they have an adult responsible, ...... but beside the point ..... at what age does society deside they know what they are doing, or do we keep making excuse for them ............ believe me, been there, done that, worn the T shirt, watched the dvd, lived the life ....... etc etc At some point we all have to say you knew what you were doing, now you did the crime do the time. |

I don't think anyone is necessarily blaming the parent/s Denise, after all we don't even know if the person responsible for the killing has a parent/s. |

I have a son that is now 21, but from the age of 14 try as I might, he did what he wanted to, he knew what he was doing and he knew right from wrong. you cannot always blame the parent |

Someone somewhere must know something. If only they have the courage to speak up and help ease the parents heartache. |

Such a very sad situation, an 11 year old, shot, words fail me. His parents and brother's lives have been ruined, and it doesn't stop there, Granparents, aunts uncles cousins, and friends, are all deeply affected. They will not be able to beieve what has happened. |

I have to say I agree with you christine, the perpurtrator gets a much less sentence in this day and age than the victim or the family |
