I must be unfit, when standing and bending forward I cant quite reach my toes. I don't have a big belly to stop me either! Can you? I am one bored sado. |

Yep I can touch my toes not only that but can lay my hands flat on the floor. Ive always been quite supple ;o) |

Yeah thats it, bend and jerk upper half downwards several times, ignore painful burning sensation in carves. Bingo did it for split second! |
