Linda, I started taking a hot Lem sip before bed and I found that eased it for a while. The throat and the cough. It was diagnosed as Tracheitis which the Pope had this week so keeping in good company! Locketts with the liquid centre helped at times during the day as well. I hope you get well soon, Jacky

Morning Christine, I was here around 6.30 but it seemed like no one else was. I'm just out of the bath and about to go for an exhausting morning of Youth Theatre. Gwynne PS Any chance of brekkie tomorrow?

Hi yes, i ws planning to chamge to Ermintrude - on the basis that E was a 'silly cow' which is exactly what i felt like yesterday! I felt extremely foolish when i discovered i had (or actually hadn't...) been doing something really obvious. I really couldn't work out why people could find things and i couldn't. SCROLL DOWN THE PAGE is the answer!! jess

Christine - no doubt you've now gone shopping. Jacky - I had tracheitis when I was about 11 and I had a hideously large mouth ulcer at the back of my throat too - swallowing was v. painful and my mother had to drop some disgusting stuff onto it that tasted like dandelion juice. I'm sure you will feel better soon. Jess - you are now a member of the divvy club - but actually I didn't realise you could scroll down either for ages - I can't understand why GR have all the Genealogical Resources info buried - at least there should be a big arrow pointing down and saying scroll here for treasure! Anyway I am up with my first cup of tea of the day. I am going to spend a little while on the boards here, then get ready to meet Divvy Vivvy for coffee. Back in plenty of time to sort the washing before watching the 6 Nations Rugby Internationals. Hope you all have a good weekend¬ nell
