Lisa I had it just after Christmas I felt really ill for 2-3 weeks and the cough is still hanging on in there but I feel better now, My Mum had it after me and she is the same the cough is hanging on. My husband has had it for about 2 weeks now and is still feeling poorly.... it's a nasty one this. Hope you feel better soon Gaynor :-) |

Lisa, you described it so well. It felt like sharp knives every time I swallowed or coughed. I also had blisters all along the edge of my tongue. It does get better! Jacky :-) |

Yes me! But my poor sister has it worse, plus she's got to nurse her bloke through man-flu! On top of that, she just rang me to say her hot water tank burst, boiling hot water flooding out and only just missing the dog, her ceiling's coming down, and there's water running through her lightswitches! I told her I'd come round and help but can't risk getting the flu, so..... |
