I got one card from hubby and a beautiful bouquet of red flowers. However, as lovely as the card was, on the front it said, 'To My Boyfriend'. Poor old thing, I'll have to send him off to the Opticians. I won't tell him, I know he will get upset. I did laugh though. He is romantic though and thinks things through. Jo. |

As many as I expected, none. Same as Elaine, my beloved doesn't believe in it. he used to when we were a lot younger then decided it was too commercialised (I say it is because he is too lazy to go and buy one). So we agree not to buy for each other. he did remember and offer me a valentine's kiss though!!! As he was going off to golf. A couple of years I have waited a couple of days then given him an 'unvalentine's card' surprisingly he showed me yesterday that he had kept them, together with a letter I wrote to him in 1994 when i was away from home for 3 months on a course. So there some romance in the old fool yet!!!! (He's lovely and I wouldn't change him for anybody) Ann glos |
