Stir fried chicken,onions,mushrooms,peppers and courgettes,added creamy mushroom sauce served over pasta with crusty cheese and garlic bagette hmmmm:)))

Cold chicken, asparagus and new potatoes. Followed by the greengrocer's best rhubarb. Personally, I think the kippers and sweetcorn sounds wonderful, Grampa. Nice and simple but lots of flavour. B
