Well done to both of you..maybe you need to go down a notch in the patches..( 14 mg ones ?).. ask at the doctors or pharmacy.... I go lower next time as my doc says I should be well ready by then. Depends how many you smoked as to how fast you react to the dosage. But we are all doing well in our own way and each person is different... only the same in as we have all quit. Good luck and be proud of yourselves. Anne :))) |

Both the wife and I whent out today and It was not untill some hours later we both relised we had not put on our Patch never even botherd us. We did not need to do it untill we were both sat down for the evening. |

Have gone down to 10 mil Patch and doing fine. Can even handle others Smoking close to me BOY DOSE IT SMELL. |

Still doing fine. Do they do water proof patches I keep sweting mine off. Did a spot of gardening, and stopped becuse it started raining and not becuse I was out of breath. |
