Ali... lovely song, and I know just what you mean, both literally (bad back today - ouch) and metaphorically. I'm my own worst enemy when it comes to being 'down' I tend to listen to song that make me worse. Trying to get out of the habit. One good song to cheer me up though is 'Theres no Other Way' by Blur |
