I have a fear of confined spaces. I can travel in lifts and be in a very small room BUT should the lift stop or the door jam and I cannot get out I PANIC!!! The room seems to become smaller and seems to crush me. I was working in our garden shed recently and my husband, not knowing that I was there, locked the shed and went indoors. When I tried to get out and couldn't I went absolutely crazy! I smashed the window frame out and clumbed out in a terrible state! My husband thought it was funny and couldn't believe what I had done! A phobia is not funny! Anne |

Directions. When I have to drive anywhere I am not familiar with I start to shake ! I know I should just go armed with a map, but unless I really have to I avoid it. Is anyone else this bad? |

trees, stupid i know, but it used to be phone boxes, couldnt leave the house at one point back in the 90s when i was due to have my son, had no phone at home and realise now i was surrounded by high trees too on the army camp, had a community nurse (apparently i wasnt only one on army base, suffering from phobias) come to house and help me to step by step go out walking, still hate trees , wouldnt want to live near new forest in hampshire |

Dinosaurs Bec? Don't worry mines is just as silly...it's doctors! I'm ill at the thought of going to one. LOL Would rather spend the day in a dentist's chair than two minutes in the doctor's surgery. Christine |
