Dave, i feel really emotionally passionatley grumpy though! thats not good! especially when i gotta face london travel in the next 30 mins for an hour, god help those who get in my way!!!

Deanna, i didnt give up for long...i made 3 -4 days when i was really ill....but back to smoking like a little trooper now.
