Try this site - it's really clever http://babynamewizard*com/namevoyager/lnv0105.html (replace * with .) Mine was 4th in the 1950's but 28th in the 70's when I was born.

Flipping silly site, you can't put a hyphen in, Annmarie was popular in the 60's, but it won't tell me how popular Ann-Marie was. tut, is that cos I'm unique in my spelling? :o)

Jane have you replaced the * with a full stop before the 'com'? In case that doesn't work I checked Jane for you and it was most popular in the 40's

I was born in 1983.... so I guess my name was starting to drop into the top 600. But now, literally every little girl is called Chloe. Grrrrr! It's my name!! LOL. Have not come across another Chloe Amy Perren though, yet!

Can't get the site to work for me - I can access it but can;t search. I'd love to know - I was born 1956 and my mother wanted to call me Jessica, which my father vetoed, and then Angela, but found that lots of other girls were being called Angela, so they decided on Helen. I have met heaps of Helens but hardly any Angelas! nell
