on GMTV this morning they were saying that the KFC advert(mouths full/singing)is the most complained about on tv---what do you think about it??

Yuk! Even my children [age 12 and 10] change the channel when this comes on. Nauseating!

Frankly it irritates me, but... Thet were talking about this on the radio at lunchtime - talk about overreaction !! They're had hundreds if not thousands of complaints - from people saying that it promotes bad table manners to people saying it mocks those with speech impediments (no it doesn't - its people with their mouth full !!). staggering.

my kids hate it too,i have to say it actually makes me feel like throwing up,so as soon as it comes on i have to turn over--yuk!!!

I hate it. It's one of my things - I think its disgusting people speaking with their mouths full. The worst kind or bad manners. I'm the same with the sound of cruniching so I also hat the snack a jack ads (I think) when the girls on the phone about an insurance claim or something Yeeeuch

I'm with Donna here - I like the advert, although the kids know they should never do that for safety reasons as well as good manners. Believe it or not, I listen to the singing, and love the voice(s)! Weird, or what.

I think it is terrible, you try to teach your children to eat with their mouths shut and not too talk with their mouths full. i think it should be removed from the TV. kaz x

I don't like it at all and can't see the point of why they chose to use that kind of scenario. I don't eat KFC and this ad no way encourages me to want to try it. Margaret

I understand it was approved by the BACC? What are they on I wonder. I think those of us that don't like it should complain to them and maybe we can get it removed. Power to the people, :-) Margaret

I absolutely hate the advert. Most parents spend time teaching their children not to eat with their mouth full and then this comes on the T.V.

I thought it ws funny when I saw it and watched it the way it how it was meant to be - as a joke. Parents can tell their children to eat with their mouth closed despite this advert. I think parents have a stronger influence on their kids than one single advert. Mountain and Molehill spring to mind.

Sorry Daniel I have to disagree. Most parents teach their children to eat with their mouth closed, but if younger children watch this advert and see these people eating with their mouth open, they might not realise its meant to be joke and think its ok to eat like they do in the advert. Just my humble opinion.
