I have two tatty old pages taken from a women's magazine about twenty-five years ago which give recipes for the biscuits you would normally buy in packets. The bourbons are really rich and delicious but the hard part is cutting them the right shape. So we have round bourbons and really scrummy chocolate digestives too,and choc-chip cookies.

Sharron - I think I've got those recipes too! Very dog eared and stained now with all the use over the years :o) Fave biscuit has to be plain chocolate Hob Nobs, can't get them very often now though :o( Fave cake is Battenburg - take off the marzipan, eat the cake, then slowly eat the marzipan-------bliss! Sue xx
