Diana, So sorry to hear about your operation. I hope all goes well. It is no wonder you are on a downer at the moment. Your life has been so focused for the last few months you have not had time to think, or grieve. Now you have achieved much more than you set out to perhaps it is time you had some space to come to terms with all that has happened. I wish you well. Gaynor is not the only star, you are one too. Just want to let you know whats happening! My surgeon left loads of messages for me while I was away and i had to go see him yesterday to book in for my op which he wanted to do on 3rd June.... yes next friday.... aargh!! Well after seeing him yesterday he now wants me to see his colleague and then they will decide what to do as he's concerned about it now.... so I'm off there again tomorrow.... its put me on a downer now as will miss Wakefield, the Kent meet and a friends hen night on the 4th but guess he knows best! The reason i'm hiding now is my mood is defo not Pink and i don't wanna upset anyone!! I signed up for China due to leaving my husband and I wanted something positive to look forward to instead of just the divorce and Gaynor and I chatted and agreed that we would bring something positive from her illness. Now we all (yes everyone of you) worked for nearly a year to achieve the £10,000 and for me to Walk that Wall in China and now its over!!!!!! I miss it and yes I know the Sahara will come soon enough but...... my promise to Gaynor has been achieved and now i am grieving all that has gone! I hope you all understand my absence from the boards and I'll be back soon enough to bore you all silly with tales from china. Love Pink xx |
