Mine exploded this morning, only second time it's done that, last time over 6 years ago!!. Like it to cook my Beef in, and makes lots of lovely gravy at the same time. Don't hear much about this sort of PC these days, and I don't think our son's households have one. Val |

val, your telling me it's slow, took him ages to turn it on (hubby) 12 years infact. PMSL no in all honesty it does cook very slow, you have to add a least a few more hours onto the cooking time, but the meat comes out beautiful and succulant. lynnxx |

My mum had a pressure cooker for as long as I could remember. Not sure if she still has it or not, but got to admit it was used a lot in our house Sarah, xxx |

I used to have a Prestige, but changed because I have a ceramic hob now. I used to do a lot of steamed puddings in them. Excellent for Xmas puddings, and also soups and stews. I have another one now. No, I wouldn't be without one/ Sylvia xxx |

Looks like us oldies are the most frequent users then. Mines a Tower automatic, put it all back together again, so will use it again next time I want beef. Sometimes use the pan as a saucepan if I want an extra large one. Val |
