Hi Linda, just seen the thread - but not all the replies. What I can't get my head round is that FCUK is quite obviously a mix-up of letters of a certain word, yet while the certain word is frowned upon (by me too, I might add), the other is acceptable. Mmm. No. Still can't work out why. Still the same four letters. |

OK I probably do qualify as an old misery. I hate the French connection logo on T shirts and anything else. It is a play on words and you are meant to think it is the 4 letter expletive. people who wear it think they are clever to get around the fact that if they wear the actual expletive people could complain. Even more disgusting to wear it at a child's party, the sort of thing a young teenager would do, not a responsible adult. Ann Glos |

Shirley and Kim, I didn't know that bit about French Connection UK. But as the others have said, it's obviously a play on words and I still think the same. 'Grumpy old bag Glenys' x :-) |

It's bad taste, it's not appropiate for a childrens party, keep it for the adult bbq's |

Why would anyone pay a fortune to advertise across their chest a Company name be it FCUK or any other Company. |

I quite like some of the FCUK slogans although they're not hugely original. I don't think it's appropriate to wear one to a childrens' party though. BCUK (becx) |

I am so bad, when my 30yr old daughter complained that t shirts always seemed to pull tight across her boobs, however loose they are everywhere else, so i bought a cheap t shirt and cut holes in where her boobs should go, i put it in a bag and left it with her, she came to my house later that evening wearing it,she called me a daft bat and the whole household fell about laughing. Nooo Linda - you're not a misery. I quite like the logo myself but I get embarrassed when my mum sees one lol. And a kids party is a bit innapropriate:) |

Sue in Kent I agree we are barmy we should be paid to wear their adverts, but we pay over the top to advertise their (not talking just of FCUK) products. I hate football shirts which have huge lettering of the sponsor and it turns out to be a Drinks Company like Carlsberg and a child is wearing them, I don't its right as bad as cigarette companies advertising I think. Don't think drink and sports go well together :-((( Pat x |

Everyone has there own opinions of things i personally dont like these t shirts everyone seems to wear! Obviously he is one of the peple that like them HOWEVER he should not have worn a t shirt like this to a children s birthday party i think that is completely wrong it is bad enough with just the FCUK on it but when it has the extra bits added it is not appropriate for this!!! xx |

Hi Linda Re the 'Bitch' TShirt. when u ask what sort of mother allows her 10 yr old to wear it - I think the TShirt already provided the answer. As for your grandson's party - why didn't your son or daughter quietly ask the man concerned to leave and return when he was more suitably attired for a children's party? Beth :) |
