As an ex landlady Jenny I am horrified!!!!! How could you an upright citizen do such a thing? Consider yourself severely reprimanded. To be serious, are they branded? If they are they are supplied free by the brand company anyway. Is it a tied house or free? Tied house, don't worry about it, the brewery can afford it. If it's a free house, they have to buy them so you know how busy etc the house is. Hope that helps with the decision. Vivienne

jenny you are awful!but we like youx as for the glasses going back years ago my hubby was in a pool tournament at a pub not far from where we lived and like you we had had too much to drink.hubby was sober and driving.on the way out my friend spied a stella umbrella up on one of the pub garden tables and wanted it for her garden.so while no one was looking my husband collapsed it and whacked it in his car.didn't think nothing of it until our landlord had said he got a phonecall from the pub saying that someone from the tournament from our local team had swiped the brolly.needless to say we didn't own upxxxxxx(:

Thank you all for removing a little of my guilt. They are beautiful glasses. I have to admit I have four of them. Lol. The said glasses are tall, slim and frosted. A bit like me really. They will definatley be missed. It is a very small village pub. The barman will know, who drank from them last night, three regulars. The pub was vitually empty apart from the eight of us round two tables. I did not actually use this type of glass. It was the first time for months that we were all there together, and we had a lovely night. But just cannot let suspicion fall on the three ladies that used them. Have decided to wait until dark and deposit them on one of outside tables. I am sure I will then feel a lot better. Jenny.

Keep them! In the past I've 'accidently taken' an ashtray, a bell, a 12 ft x 3ft banner, Champagne glasses and a pink glass.... All whilst under the influence of alcohol... I'm a good girl really!!!! becx

Sorry, I just had to have that little joke. You really made me laugh and it brought back a memory from a few years ago. We were visiting friends in Germany and went to their local pub. It was Halloween and they had various pumpkin type things around the room. I asked the barman if I could have one and he said no. So at the end of the night, I took one anyway. I was quite drunk and didn't realise until the next day. Our friends never went in the pub again. Lynne
