Hi David, Surely you know the best way to get your money back is to wait until the shop is full then moan on and on until they give in. lol, Gwynne

Hi Gwynne Fair enough but do wouldn't 3 or 4 threads a day be enough? lol I would also take back faulty goods whatever was going on in my life but I wouldn't expect everyone else in the shop to listen to me moaning about it ;))) David

Hi David, I think most people starting threads have complained to GR and got no reply. Maybe that's why they complain on the boards. GR's customer service stinks at the moment. If I pay for a service I expect to get it or an explanation as to why I'm not getting it. I don't expect to be ignored. It's very bad manners. I'm subscribed to a lot of sites - some paying and some free - and this one has by far the most problems. Of course there are bigger problems in the world but that won't stop me taking faulty goods back to a shop and it shouldn't stop people complaining about GR if that's what they want to do. That's what living in a free society is supposed to be about Gwynne (who hasn't started a complaint thread)

Hi CB I'm not saying it's not irritating but it's been hard to pick out the threads that aren't about the site's problems and I find that worse. I'm quite happy to complain if I've been hard done by but I really don't think the GR team are sat in their office rubbing their hands together because they're not giving us value for money. Nothing wrong with complaining but how about complaining to those responsible instead of to the rest of us? And in a time where we've seen the best of the British attitude I find it depressing that people haven't got more to worry about. I know I have:)) David

I always find it irritating when things don't work properly, and it's even more annoying where this site is concerned that some of us have had at least a month's-worth of difficulties with its operation, while others have had virtually none. I've also had problems with using the FR site. However, it seems to me that some people will put up with anything and not complain. More fool them, I think. (Just a personal opinion.) CB >|<
