OOOOHH You have my sympathy Little Ray. I did that once and I was in agony. I had my back cracked and that eased the pain but being a gymnast I used to crack everything so I am not advising you to do the same! (Unless your a sportsperson too of course) Hope the pain eases very soon. Natalia x |

You have my sympathy too. I had frozen shoulder once and had to go to an Osteopath. She cured it, three months later I got a letter from the Doctor offering me a Hospital appointment. Good old NHS, never there when they're needed. |
