How are you Bec? can you drink milk? If so get some organic full cream milk, that has loads of vitamins in. Tinned spaghetti is better than nothing. how about grating a bit of cheese on top of it? Have you made a Drs appointment? Ann Glos

Buy some Complan or Build up - they are powders that you make up into drinks or soups and they have all the vitamins etc you need - are used in hospitals and convalescent homes. The milk shake ones like strawberry or vanilla are nice although if you like savoury flavours best you might be better with the soups. Good luck, and go to the doc soon if you don't improve. Take care, Liz

I don't really like sweet food full stop but am nibbling on a turkish delight bar.

Bec, if you like bananas that might be more palatable than chocolate. or you can buy glucose sweets in the chemists whic we take when walking. They give your energy a boost and stop you feeling faint. they taste like refreshers. Ann Glos

Ann - I'd lost it before the clamping incident but that may not have helped. It's got to the point where I'm carrying a bar of chocolate in my handbag because I feel faint when working at the pub :-( Don't like chocolate much! lol becx

Could you manage yoghurt or ice cream. Something light? Make sure you drink plenty of liquids, even water but something like lucozade would be better for you. as long as you drink you can go without eating for a while. but you probably feel sick because you haven't eaten. Worrying about not eating will make it worse of course. has this happened since the clamping business? Do go to the doctors as maybe it is a sign of depression. Ann glos

Glenys the Menace! Report 23 Aug 2005 14:13

Actually Bec, I had that some years ago whilst taking a course of antibiotics. Exactly the same symptoms; rang Doccy and he said to stop taking them. After a day or so anti-bio-free, my stomach was back to normal. Have you been on them? Wish you better Hun. x

Bec

Bec Report 23 Aug 2005 13:19

Ok Janice, thank you

Janice

Janice Report 23 Aug 2005 13:12

If you haven't eaten, you will feel sick because your blood-sugar levels are too low. Have something like Lucozade first and see if that helps. Janice
