Hi Lisa Have you heard anything? I reported it on the 10th, got a standard reply on 12th saying they were going to pass it on to the technical team & now have received an email asking how good the Support team were - or not!!! Have heard nothing from the technical team. How about you? Penny

Hi After asking again as the same thing happened again got this standard reply Thanks for your email. This is a known error on the site. Our technical team are very busy at the moment, but will look into this as soon as possible. I am sorry for any inconvenience Thanks then!! Penny

So, hacking is a known problem on the site and the technical team (Does this mean Alex, or is there more than one?) is too busy to deal with it? It's not even as if this were a new problem. Members demonstrated that it was possible over a year ago, but GR deleted the discussion threads.
