ANOTHER petition ? Surely the text suze has shrunk rather than just the spacing having changed ?

Paul. dare you to go over to records and have look at the spacing between the threads. is far worse there, cant see where one request ends and another starts!! Jess x

Sent an email to GR to tell tham to stop messing about,and that despite myself having excellent eyesight,others dont and it still is a struggle for my eyes. Ive heeded Jooles advice re accessibility section of internet options,but the default to medium has takenthe text to way too big !!!

Although I don't use it that much, I see what you mean about the records board, it is a bit mad lol. I've just increased the text size and it looks more or less how it was before they made it smaller, it doesn't affect the text size of any other windows you have open.

I've increased my text size too, and it looks better. But I've also emailed GR to find out if it was deliberate...

The reason the Records board is like it is, cos the date and time are side by side... not like this... 23/1/99 19:12:23 That would at least give a space between the threads... am going squinteyed with it!! Anne :)))

the other problem is that if you adjust text size to accomodate this arrogant,amateur organisation,it affects viewing on other sites. As usual no communication from them-ignorant to the core.

As I said on the thread on the tips board yesterday, in the ''Has the text just got smaller for you?'' thread: I remember this happening before when the site was ''upgraded''. :-) Joy ***peering and squinting!!***

Are we now paying the price for protesting against removal of our Gen Board? Maybe they're getting their own back? CB >|<

My guess is they are too snowed under with all the 'don't close the gen board ' messages to have even got to Tuesdays messages , let alone yesterdays/todays! Please sort it out GR. If they do read the boards (who ever 'they') are cant they see it? If they can, why don't they say something? I would like the text to be bigger. I already have it on LARGEST, but it is not good enough for me. I'm sorry for sounding like a moan, but it is a problem for me, and there may be others even worse than me. AND...yes there should be a space between threads, without one the reading becomes even more of a problem. Deanna

As Alter said, if one changes the size here, then it affects viewing other sites, so then one has to change it back to normal on them! Joy
