You'll do it Paul!! I started my degree when I was 40, and despite having 2 hormonal teenage girls at home (they claimed they were my daughters!!) I think I found it less stressful than a lot of the younger students!! maggie |

Paul, I did Education Studies and Religious studies at King Alfs, mainly because I had worked in one for years, and wanted to be able to argue against the other!! To be honest, I managed to blag my way in (4 GCE's and 1 GCSE), but was pretty determined cos I was fed up with various governments and the media branding me an ignorant whatnot, cos I was a single (divorced) parent!! I suddenly thought, I'm poor, so I may as well be poor and learning something!! Youngest daughter has just finished her degree at Brighton, and is now embarking on a Masters!!!! maggie |
