something quick as we're going out - pasta I think

I dunt know becuase am ona healthy eating thing, eating 4 pieces of fruit a day! I expect it will be something low fat but I do feel better for it, plus tomoro am having pasta and cheesecake treating myself for one day :)

Casserole containing meat and various veg. and 1 mushroom ( I ask you, Why do they leave me just 1 mushroom?) I like meals that look after themselves while cooking, then I don't have Joan's problem.

As I am having a friend over, I cant do my usual ping food!...So....lamb shanks, slowly cooked in a red wine and rosemary sauce with shallots, mashed spuds green beans and broccoli, followed by coffee panenthingy...with wine.....mmmmm....BC

me thinks me gonna have Chicken & Pineapple with Special Rice....mmmmmmmmm hungry now lol c x

I've changed my mind, I'm going to BC's house...

Tea tonight I am making a pizza from scratch with all the trimmings home made potato salad and spaghetti with a sauce of some description. xxhugxx

We`re having peppered mackerel with mushrooms and potatoes. Linda, do you make pizza with your own base or bought-I do a scone base then topping is onion, mushroom, bacon, tomatoes,puree and herbs-cheese on top. Rosalyn

Chicken and mushroom casserole, carrots and sprouts, etc. I love casseroles, they do themselves without any help from me, once the initial prep is done... Might go mad and put an apple pie in while we eat dinner. Some days I push the boat out and others it's Shanksies(sp?) Pony. Lily

Dunno. It has to be pork 'cos that's all we've got in at the mo - chops or spare ribs, can't decide which. So, what's it to be, folks. You've got half an hour to decide for me - Chops or Spare ribs? ALL VOTE NOW ! (Oh all right then, phone a friend if you must!) CB >|<

Roast Beef and Yorkshire Pudding. Creamed and Roast Potatoes, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Carrots and Peas. I usually cook a big meal Fridays and Mondays as we dont do Sunday dinners cause we have a big fry up with all the works around 10-11am on a Sunday. Jenny.
