Daisy - I guess we will have to hog the limelight together if we ever get to meet lol Kay - I too am a Leo and with an Aquarian at the moment - but an Aquarian is an Air sign not water. Mind you that description you gave of an Aquarian is completely the opposite of my o.h.! Liz

Maggie - I've only dabbled in this for fun but I have an astrology book which says that Aquarians are humanitarian, stable, patient, sincere and have spirituality and clarity of vision. They also lack decisiveness are dreamy and impractical and worry about trifles because of the conscientiousness. Very scientific diplomatic and inventive people. Unfortunately, I'm a Leo and was married to an Aquarian once but fire and water do not mix! Kay.

Can someone tell me please, what is a typical Aquarian? My hubby and me are both Aquarians and are alike in some ways but totally opposite in others? We have been married 25 years and can still have a good row! Maggy

Im a typical Capricorn a workaholic, moody, likes the best of everything and careful with money. I work 7 days a week, I have a full time job and part time at weekends, my partner cant put up with my mood swings, never have to look for money for a bill and as for the best of everything, well us Capricorns dont keep up with the Jone's they keep up with us, and im very selfish I would soon spend money on myself than on anyone else. My mum is Virgo, very neat and tidy and place for everyone. Dads a libra lovely people see the both sides to the story. My partner is Aquarius.. dont know much about them except were called the dynamic duo. My brother is Gemini, very deep person. Regards Yvonne

I'm a cancerian & seem to fit all the criteria apart from being shy - too self-confident for that. Husband Gemini, smashing, brilliant mind, does 3 jobs at once and GSOH, Daughter Taurus, and the family bedrock, someone to have in your corner, son Virgo, very tidy, wonderful person and works in banking , a Piscean son, caring, lovely with his head in the clouds.

Howard I must have missed the one on star signs i would have been interested in that. In fact my Daughter has just found out about a short course on Physic things it,s on for 4 or 5 weeks i am thinking about going i love any thing like. I once went on aday course about Colours but it,s agood while ago. I also used to belong to a group called Spiritual Adventurers and we stayed with a Monastic nursing order and it was rally Brilliant! and you know when you have met some one before ! well i did but that,s another story!.

Awww June you are a hunny. You dont need to look specially for me hun. Lovely of you. I just thought you had the book to hand, though I realise that posting a thread that tells people you have a book that says this or that, will inevitably lead to others (sometimes me lol) asking for more info. Tutted at myself and told me 'I should know better' lol. I do have tarot cards but havent learnt how to use them yet.....still in the bag 5 years on! Vikki xx

I find that I can see my parents traits in me - more than my supposed sign - and they are at different times and at the other end of the year. No, I personally don't think that star signs are reliable. Anne

I've been an Astrologer for about 15years now and it still never ceases to surprise me! Forget newspaper horoscopes - for a 'real' horoscope you need to know your Time, date and place of birth. Even if you only know the time roughly a decent astrolger can 'work backwards' from important events in your life and get a workable time for you. The astrologer will then make a birth chart for you. They will then compare where the planets were for the exact moment of your birth to where they are now. They can then tell you what is likely to happen to you. Julie
