Hi fellow insomniacs, I hope you all managed to get to sleep. My problem is the reverse of yours. I have little difficulty falling asleep but if I wake up after 3am I cannot get back to sleep. Gwynne |

At 3am, our body is at its lowest, our heartbeat has slowed right down. Interestingly, it is a wake up time for most insomniacs, accompanied by niggly worries. I just take a little blue pill and sleep like a baby.lol BC |
