TO SIDE TRACK A BIT -BUT STILL TO DO WITH WASHING-DOES ANYONE GET YELLOW STREAKS ON WHITE THINGS AFTER THEY COME OUT OF MACHINE-WAS JUST IRONING NEW TOP AND IT`S GOT STREAKS. MY HUBBY DOES NO IRONING. Rosalyn |

Hi Rosalyn!! Yes I sometimes get 'grey' streaks (yuk) I find running a washine machine cleaner thrrough the machine helps. You could try that. CB - lol!!! Same here!! No wonder all these ladies are on here so much, their OH's do all their ironing!! lol Now we know!! :0) Joan |

I'm one of the clever ones who married an (ex) service man - very rarely do any of his ironing because I can't do it as well as him (lol - if he only knew)! When he is on a roll he does mine too - and he is the shoe cleaner in the house too! I am a lot spoilt, and I know it! cheers Laurie |

O.H. ( ex Army) will happily iron himself a shirt or anything else and do it well. I never press trousers. I conveniently pressed in a few 'tram lines' in the early days of our marriage so never was asked to do that task anymore. If your partner's standards aren't the same as yours, confine their ironing to just their clothes. They'll be wearing them. |

hubby use to iron the kids uniforms on a sunday night....dosnt iron at all now son irons his and gf clothes if they go out any where....and have a daughter who cant iron at all ..supose its my fault ....do ironing for her along with ours thers this bloke who comes in club wears a green shirt and some one said it looked like a savoy cabbage pmsl ann xx |
