I'm only 37 but I know that song Rose marie,because my step father used to sing it - hes a choirmaster-he used to sing it to mock it because it was such an awful song. The first record I actually bought myself was by the Bay City Rollers, Bye Bye Baby! but my mum bought me a Buddy Holly album and and Elvis album when I got my first record player at the age of about seven, but that was because she liked them. Marie
