Lynda of course i always behave!! Nell...feel for you, my s.mum has a hard time with my sis and the twins and trying to work bless her. Len..a pack of 20 mayfair can go from £3.90-£4.50 depends where i buy them. But neither of us have bought anyway for a few weeks now, we've got some tobacco and i hate smoking roll ups, so unlady like...but we are getting there! We have a tin that we put all our change in..especially pound coins as our tv runs on them, once this month is out of the way we will be putting all our ciggie money in that pot!! xxx

Was my dads birthday last week and we were supposed to see them but they couldnt make it in the end, but we are going up to see them all next weekend...cant wait i miss them so much! hi Steedie. Hope you mange to give up the ciggies. I have tried and tried like you I have gone on to rolls. Yes they are very unlady like. If I go out I try not to smoke at all, but if I do have one I have a little tin and make a couple up before I go out (doesn't look as bad then). Mind you you should see them I use a filter tip and by the time I have made one it is hardly worth lighting up but it takes off the craving. Take Care Germaine x

Germaine...same here! i have to have a filter too...plus i cant roll them without a filter...but yes i hate rolling when im out...so does my boyfriend. nearly the end of the packet now so we wont have much choice but to stop! Especially seeing as i hold on to the bank card so he cant get any money HAHA!! xx

I see you are talking about roll ups.Tony smokes nothing else.He can make them in seconds and is a dab hand at it.He dosent buy filters though,he just uses bits of cardboard folled up.All the tops of my cereal boxes,tea bag boxes that kind of cardboard.I tried to make one for him and hadn't a clue.First I rolled the bit of card then tried to wrap the paper around it.Talk about a mess.If that wasn't bad,I sat there trying to figure out how to get the bacci into it !!!!! Oh that is a new one using cardboard for a filter. I can just imagine myself trying that one. My husband has always rolled his own. Yes does it in a sec. Mine well what a mess but it does mean I don't smoke as much. Don't think I could smoke a full ciggie now. By the time I have a filter in and nip off the ends it is hardly worth it. My dad used to ahve a little machine to roll his. Germaine x

careful though with the cardboard thing. A friend nearly got arrested once for having torn off bits from his rizzla packet cos that what people use for roach/filters on joints. xx

I dont smoke but when Tonys folks call the house smells disgusting.They battle it out to see who can smoke the most.I go around the house quietly opening the windows.There dosent seem to be much of a smell from the roll ups though. Maybe thats why I don't mind Tony smoking them.Can you,being a smoker tell the difference in the smell ? Elizabeth.

i agree...normal ciggies seem to have a bitter smell. and the tobacco from ciggies is so much dryer than rolling baccy. must be all the chemicals thats put into Tailored ciggies which cause them to smell so harsh and bitter xx

I think the smell from norrmal ciggies lingers longer, but Derek smokes like a chimney and it smells awfull. Though I smoke I dislike the smell. Germaine x

the worse smell is when you come home and its cold outside, then when you open the front door you walk into the house with it smelling of stale smoke..it always seems to smell worse when the flat is warm! x

Yes know what you mean Oust ( freshener is good ) neutralises. Germaine x
