No, I only have my certificate from when I was adopted and had a name change at 4 . It was done so that I had the same family name for starting school. Jill xx:) |

My mother 'disposed' of almost all of the originals of important family documents during her Alzheimer's years, thus I only have a copy. This will come as a surprise to many who believe I was invented, not born. CB >|< |
