I seem to recall another place name, maybe a suburb?, then Aukland 4, does that make sense? I loved the way her name just rolled off the tongue... she came to visit one summer, got a summer job in the uk working as a Nanny, and ended up about 40 miles away.

I think Welsh is the only mix I haven't found in my tree..... yet! Years ago my sister had a pen friend from Aukland, her name was Shelley Weatherley and she lived on White Swan Drive. I was about 12 at the time and thought that was the most beautiful street name I'd ever heard!

I like the time zone thing too, funny isn't it? Karen - where in the North East? I used to live in a little village between Durham and Chester le Street when I was a kid. 28 years later I still call Durham home. Brenda
