Sue The same happened with mine two weeks ago,then bro in law who is living with us at the moment went out and bought us a new one. Then Son said to me --not to Bil ---that maybe it could be fixed and not to throw it out, he also wondered if it was some sort of viru cos the same message had come up on someone's at work------strange. Anyway like the new printer much better.

lol, hubby decided to take it apart to see if he could fix it. he snapped 2 bits off in the process... so it looks like i will be getting the nice new shiny one i saw today without any arguement... lol. sue [ now a happy bunny !]
