... it has sent me a message [lol] saying its bits are worn out, can i take it back to my dealer ! soooooooo have been looking for a new one today, but there are so many, and they are so cheap now.... i could not make my mind up ! sue. x |

Sue I had similar problem with my printer a few months ago. Are you sure it doesn't just need a Counter Reset? That may be why it's telling you to take it back to your retailer. Joy |

Sue You will have to take it back to where you bought it. It shouldn't take them long if that is what it needs. You can't really do it yourself . Most printer programmes have a set limit for the number of pages it will print out. Printer then sends a message to the pc and refuses to print any more. Took my computer friends (at the shop) less than 24 hours to do it. I'd try this first before buying a new printer. Joy |
