I've just got rid of my cold with paracetemol, whisky, and (I can this now, can't I?) lemons! lol Oh yes and a nasal spray helps when you cant breathe. I have no patience with myself when I have a cold, and very seldom get them as a result! Get well soon everyone with lergies....XXX BC

I never mind colds actually they don't bother me once I take paracetamol. Just find I can't sleep because i can't breathe, it will soon be gone, once I pass it on that is. lol. Pat x
