Hi All, David has asked me to thank everyone very much for their good wishes and the E-cards. i told him there were lots of nice people on GR. He's enjoyed his birthday, having a fuss made of him in the office (They really only wanted the sausage rolls! LOL), and we've just finished the special dinner I cooked for him - Lobster Newburg with rice and waldorf salad, followed by Grand Marnier profiteroles, washed down with a bottle of champagne from his boss. When I served the lobster, he said 'Oh dear, I suppose we've run out of meat again!' It's what passes for humour in our house! ;>))) CB >*|*< |
