i loved the job at first, but the management are a nightmare. After many weeks of problems that bordered on bullying i finally lost my temper today and quit. I hadn't signed my contract...not that they had noticed!!!....because i had concerns, so i walked out after telling them what they could do with their job. Not my usual style, now i am feeling a bit flat as i know i will miss the job, and the money, but more importantly the bit of confidence and sense of self worth that it had given me. So please can i have a hug or two?? Yvette |

Yvette - it's most definitely their loss but the main thing is for you to be happy in yourself and for the family. Of course you'll miss the money but your confidence shouldn't be dependent on paid employment and I'd like to see any of them attempting what you're doing this year. Thanks everyone, you are all lovely, and the hugs really help, and Daisy...that sounds like a good idea, maybe we should pick a few dates to try and meet and walk. We never did get round to the weekend all get-together for a pre-trek walk......... |
