Unfortunately Cats Protection do not have the power to prosecute. Why not start a petition to the local RSPCA to get them to do something? Jan

Mea, watching programmes like Animal Cops Houston on Sky TV, it restores my faith in some justice systems; I just wish our own British 'justice' system was the same. Instead, it gives out signals that it's on the side of the perpetrator. Kylie, that poor cat; there's no excuse for that. I have a colleague who'd sympathise with the person who did that - needless to say, I'd rather not know him. x

they just interviewed the owner and she said she is almost sure she knows who did it, they have also shot her Son, and has told the police but they say without evidence they can do nothing. The Cat has recovered although of course she is blind, and is getting about indoors, as she is not allowed out now, isnt that sad by itself? It seems the SCUM who did it have shot others in the area too, I wish we had thoses laws here they have in the USA they are so sensible there none of this rubbish 3 strikes and you are out although when do we ever do that ??? They are talking about getting the law changed but I doubt if animals are important enough.

That is sick, how someone could do that do a cat, or any other innocent animal. I cant find the words to express how I'm feeling at the moment, and if I did, I would probably get chucked off this site. Karen

a high powered hose should do the trick, turn it on the lot of um , if the police arent doin anything, i hope the poor pet is recovering and kept free of pain ive just read rest of thread, i cant believe theyve already shot her son, id go out and pay someone, or get a gun myself, but id sure as hell have the scum , who do they think they are, how can they bully someone like that, id make them scared , or id find a man that would for sure, this country will turn in vigilantes before long, theres always a copper roound when its kids playing footy in street or someone eating apple when driving
