Just put my symptoms into the NHS Direct website, and it says to dial 999. I feel light headed, my eyes feel like they're being pushed from the side, my ears feel like I have bubbles in them and my head goes really woozy whenever i stand up. My chest doesn't feel tight, or it being hard t breath but it feels more dramatic than usual. But I think phoning 999 seems OTT!

Have you eaten today sounds like very low blood sugar if you don't want to phone ambulance does your surgery have an out of hours service. xxhugxx

Paul, if you can get someone to drive you for medical assistance, might be an idea. Like now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I couldn't eat earlier because I felt pukey, so I managed to eat a few grapes. But a little while I ate some toast, and I thought it might be a sugar thing so I ate a mars bar, but it took me like an hour to eat it since i felt so pukey.

Phone your surgery number it should give you an out of hours number to ring, ring it!! xxhugxx

Have you had anything to drink at all? you syptomes are similar to what I had when I had heat strok and got dehydrated. (remember tea coffe pop and alcohol dehydrate you - so try a glass of water)

paul,it sounds like you have a drop in blood pressure. no good self-diagnosing...phone 0845 46 47,and talk to an expert. bryan.

Paul... Can only speak for myself but your symptoms are very much like mine. Hi temp, ears & head throbbing,eyes have been weeping & swollen... when I cough it hurts my head real bad. My throat is raging & feels swollen making breathing tight.....& Im aching all ova but especially my lower back & hips. & feel really woolly headed.......nothing new there tho...!! I'm just wrapped up in a quilt & taking Paracetamol....because i haven't got anything stronger....& drinking plenty. If in doubt tho seek help.....hope you feel better soon... :) x

Phone nhs direct. They give very good advice and ask very thorough questions to determine the level of treatment you may need. I hope you feel better soon. Claire xx
