Sal he was lead singer of a group called Dead or Alive in the 80's who had a hit with 'you spin me right round'. He is more famous now for the plastic surgery he has had on his face - his lips went terribly wrong and he is still having surgery to 'fix' them - he looks like a woman, wears long wigs and has his bum (and bits) hanging out most of the time!!!
