yes I suppose tummy size comes into it too!! I just shouldn't go down the biscuit aisle at all! Roxanne I have never been able to get near the splits so there is no connection. Always wanted to be able to do it though! Maz. XX |

the question should be - do you have to bend your knees... yes I can still (just about) but funnily enough its getting harder to cut my toenails LOL I think it depends on the relative lengths of your arms and legs, though once you get to a certain age the suppleness of your joints is a factor too. |

Seems to me that its nothing to do with fitness. I can (hands almost flat on floor) so can my 82 year old mum! Jamie age 8 can, but Charlotte age 9 can't! Can you????? Maz. XX |
