Jeanette - sounds like a good idea! The problem with mine is that I don't read that sort of book so I'm struggling!

Maybe we should stop sitting here sipping coffee Darth, and get out there for some real life experience! lol

Jeanette, I like the idea of a writing club. I used to go to one, then I got ill. I've heard authors say that they can write for a full day, and end up with ONE working PARAGRAPH!! So why do we worry so much? Deanna X

Only one paragraph a day? wow! Makes me feel better about my attempts :)

There you are then! We used to get homework at our writing club. We perhaps, would be asked to write on a given subject using no more than...... a set number of words. That is a great exercise (and I nearly spelt that with 2 s's lol) Try that and see how much work goes into getting the point across in a limited number of words. Great fun too. Deanna X

All I've done to date is the odd scene or two. They're completely random, just things I did off the top of my head. I posted them on my website, which thankfully no one reads so I've had very few comments. Haven't had the courage to write for a while. Maybe I should try again this weekend!
