Every teenager should cook their own meals. By the age of 13 they're old enough to manage. Didn't do me any harm. |

when mine lived at home, it would depend on my shifts and what i was cooking. but more often than not my kids would cook their own meals and they are both pretty good cooks Bev course i taught them all they know lol |

My (slightly older than) teens consider 'cooking a meal' to be microwaving a ready-made without burning it. They still struggle with washing up though! Bev x |

My Mum studied for her Counselling Cert when I was 12 so once a week I learnt to cook for myself and the siblings. Been able to cook ever since just don't do it much now there's only me. xx |
